Bethan is a Business Psychologist, based in Edinburgh.

Bethan has worked as a Business Psychologist for several years across both private and public sectors, largely focusing on the assessment and development of personal and team resilience. Latterly she has worked in a number of Learning & Development roles to support the design and delivery of individual and team development initiatives. Her interest areas include leadership development, assessment and selection, and employee wellbeing.

Bethan holds a BSc (Psychology) and an MSc in Organisational Psychology, as well as the Associate Diploma in Organisational Learning and Development with the CIPD. She is a member of the CIPD and British Psychological Society.
