Please join us on 25th & 26th November 2025 in Edinburgh for our 2025 Client Conference with a theme of Leading the Way in Human Factors, Psychological Safety and Wellbeing. 

Following on from our successful 2023 Client Conference we are excited to announce this year’s event, set to take place on the 25th & 26th November 2025 at the prestigious Norton House Hotel in Edinburgh.

The Conference is an unmissable opportunity for professionals dedicated to advancing human factors, psychological safety and well-being in their organisations to come together, discuss their work and share learning. 

Key highlights:

  • Renowned Speakers: The conference will feature presentations from distinguished speakers from a range of industry sectors including energy, manufacturing, mining and steel as well as industry bodies from the UK and overseas. Speakers will be explaining how their organisations have:
    • Implemented safety leadership programmes
    • Identified common human factors causes of incidents
    • Improved their safety culture and safety performance
    • Introduced health and wellbeing programmes to improve performance at work
    • Developed cross-industry guidance on best practices for investigations
    • Applied human factors to the design of control centres
  • Innovative Sessions: Attendees can look forward to panel discussions on topics such as well-being culture, psychological health, organisational behaviour frameworks, ergonomics in the workplace and best practices in investigations and investigator skills.
