Janette Edmonds

We would like to ask all our clients to join us in saying thank you and goodbye to Janette Edmonds, former director of The Keil Centre who is retiring at the end of this month. Janette has been a key part of The Keil Centre since she joined in 2009, providing exemplary consultancy on a wide range of Human Factors and Ergonomics projects. From reviewing control room designs in Kazakhstan, to performing Safety Critical Task Analysis near Hull, Janette has always given generously of her time, attention and considerable expertise. We know she will be missed by many in the industry. The Keil Centre’s book Human Factors in the Chemical and Process Industries, is a testament to Janette’s knowledge, organisational ability and team working skills. As a director, Janette steered us safely through many challenges and we wish her well on this next adventure.

Our Principal Human Factors Consultant, Plato Chan, has been working closely with Janette for the last few years to ensure this high-quality service delivery continues seamlessly. Email janette@keilcentre.co.uk to wish Janette well or plato@keilcentre.co.uk to discuss an ongoing project.

“Every business has its challenges, but steering a ship through smooth or choppy waters is entirely dependent on the quality of the team and its members. Having a strong team has been a core strength of The Keil Centre from the start. It has enabled the company to withstand various pressures and grow in the process. It has been a privilege to be a part of that journey and to see where the company is today. I know that I am leaving a strong team which will continue to provide exceptional quality services for a wide range of applications and clients. I wish everyone at Keil the very best for the future and look forward to seeing how the next chapters develop.”
