Our training offerings
-
Individual wellbeing
Through guided self-reflection, case-studies and videos, we help people explore their personal style and how this might support or risk their wellbeing. We help them create personal action-plans to develop specific, tailored strategies that will support them in the short and longer-term. We also offer wellbeing coaching.
-
Team wellbeing & resilience
Any individual’s resilience is closely tied to their team. We have specific workshops on team or collective resilience, helping teams work well together, support each other and maintain strong collective wellbeing. We also offer support for teams who are going through particularly high-pressure periods, such as during organisational change, to support resilience and performance.
-
Team wellbeing assessment
Our wellbeing at work is impacted by our team’s culture and exposure to sources of stress and how these are managed. We can integrate a team assessment methodology to our course and workshop to allow discussion of team wellbeing enablers and sources of stress. Find out more our methodologies here.
-
The manager’s role
Managers play a key role in supporting their team members’ wellbeing. Our training helps managers develop the knowledge and skills they need to effectively intervene when an individual in their team is showing signs of stress or distress.
-
Wellbeing conversations
We support managers and individuals develop the skills they need to talk about wellbeing with confidence, whether with their peers, colleagues and direct reports. We help people understand the role of active listening and empathy and build the practical skills they need to feel confident in these conversations.
-
Specialist content
We have a team of experts in all aspects of wellbeing, from trauma recovery and support for treatment of burnout to identifying how we can build jobs that support wellbeing. We have extensive experience of developing bespoke, specialist content for specific groups.
