Nicole Gray
Nicole is a Registered Psychologist, and Human Factors specialist, based in Brisbane, Australia (Turrbal & Jagera Country).
Nicole has worked for many years in applied psychology and human factors across a range of industrial settings, including defence, aviation, rail, maritime, mining, oil and gas, and health. Her specialist interest areas include accident and incident investigation, human error analysis, fatigue risk management, and safety culture and leadership. She also has extensive experience in development and delivery of employee wellbeing programs in challenging environments.
Nicole holds a BA (Psychology), GDip Applied Psychology (Organisational), GCert Safety & Accident Investigation (Air) and M Human Factors, as well as the Diploma of Transport Safety Investigation. She is a member of the Australian Aviation Psychology Association, the Human Factors & Ergonomics Society of Australia, and the Institute of Industrial Accident Investigators.
