Meghann Croome
Meghann is a Registered Psychologist and Human Factors Specialist based in Perth, Western Australia (Whadjuk Country).
Meghann has many years’ experience in applying psychology and human factors for industry across oil and gas, mining and mining construction as well as manufacturing, transport, rail, the food and beverage sector and law enforcement.
Her specialist interest areas include safety leadership, safety culture improvement, error analysis and behavioural safety. Meghann also has expertise in the spectrum of psychosocial risk management, helping organisations to maintain and enrich worker well-being through the design and management of work.
Meghann holds an MA in Applied Psychology (Organisational) and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and the Human Factors & Ergonomics Society of Australia.
