Kevin has joined our team as Financial controller.
Kevin is a senior finance professional with a sustained record of achievement in managing and leading financial operations within the UK. He brings extensive experience across financial control, business planning, compliance, and strategic financial support, working closely with directors and senior leadership teams to support effective decision-making.
With a strong background in both finance and systems, Kevin is highly skilled at quickly understanding complex financial challenges, analysing them clearly, and implementing practical, efficient solutions. He has significant experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting, as well as in developing and embedding robust financial controls and policies.
Kevin is a qualified Management Accountant and an experienced project leader, with a proven ability to manage diverse resources and deliver complex projects on time and within budget. His work spans organisational management, strategic and operational finance, business development support, and change management.
At The Keil Centre, Kevin provides day-to-day financial oversight alongside strategic financial insight, supporting the organisation and Board with clear analysis, reporting, and advice across planning, control, compliance, and long-term sustainability. Welcome Kevin!
