Our approach

Our mental health consultancy is designed to help organisations take a structured, evidence-informed approach to employee wellbeing. Rather than focusing on isolated initiatives, we help clients understand how wellbeing, resilience and mental health are influenced by leadership, work design, culture, communication, policy and support systems.

1. Understand your context

We begin by understanding your organisation’s current context, priorities and challenges.

2. Review current activity

This may include reviewing existing wellbeing activity, policies, training, employee support routes, survey data, absence trends, psychosocial risks and leadership capability.

3. Identify priorities

From there, we help identify what is working well, where there may be gaps, and what practical improvements would have the greatest impact.

Our recommendations are tailored to your organisation and designed to be realistic, credible and sustainable. We can support short-term reviews, targeted interventions or longer-term strategic partnerships, depending on your needs.

Workplace mental health consultancy and wellbeing strategy support

Why workplace mental health strategy matters

A clear workplace mental health strategy helps organisations move beyond one-off initiatives and create a more coordinated, effective approach to employee wellbeing. A robust strategy in relation to managing work-related stress and psychosocial hazards supports legal compliance and alignment with international standards, such as ISO 45001 and the Australian WorkSafe Codes of Practice.

Our advice and support helps organisations understand what is already working well, where there may be gaps, and how existing activity can be developed into a more coherent approach. This may include reviewing policies, training, leadership behaviours, communication, employee support routes and the wider organisational factors that influence wellbeing at work.

We work with you to identify and implement actions that are grounded in evidence, and aligned with your culture, risks and business priorities.
