Sean Riley

Sean is an accomplished and widely experienced Chartered Occupational Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council, specialising in psychological diagnostics, well-being, resilience, and productivity in the workplace.
He is a registered psychometrics test user with the British Psychological Society and is trained in a variety of leading psychometrics tools. With strong diagnostic skills, he regularly carries out neurodiverse assessments in workplaces, which includes diagnostic assessments for dyslexia, dyspraxia, and dyscalculia, and screening assessments for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and autism spectrum condition (ASC). These assessments are followed up with workplace needs assessments, advice on reasonable adjustments and tailored one to one development and support programs.
As an experienced executive coach, Sean brings his understanding of how people think, feel, and behave in a coaching setting. This includes coaching for wellness, career coaching, coaching to overcome challenges, or to develop new skills. He has supported individuals and organisations in a variety of scenarios, including supporting executives and teams under significant pressure and helping develop growth strategies and procedures.
He has worked on numerous leadership development projects, which he has designed to meet the specific needs of organisations, based on the most current psychological theory. His most recent projects have included developing emotional intelligence of leaders and managers, managing mental health in the workplace, and designing and delivering a training system for the administration and analysis of diagnostic assessments of neurodiverse conditions and specific learning difficulties. His diverse thinking and extensive consulting techniques enable him to get to the specific issue, providing effective solutions.
Sean is an active member of the British Psychological Society and the Division of Occupational Psychology, and the Division of Coaching Psychology, where he enjoys constantly refreshing his skills with current research. He is also a mindfulness teacher and advocate for Compassion Focused Therapy; the combination of these have a proven track record of reducing stress and anxiety, underpinned by empirical evidence.
