Richard Scaife

Richard is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, a Registered Ergonomist and a Director of The Keil Centre. He leads The Keil Centre’s human factors team of consultants.
Richard has many years’ experience gained in defence, aviation and in the process industries. His experience covers all aspects of human factors, particularly human safety analysis (including human error) and the design and evaluation of equipment to meet user requirements.
Richard holds a BSc and MSc in Applied Psychology and along with his colleague Ronny Lardner won the British Psychological Society DOP Practitioner of the Year award in 2006 for the development of the Human Factors Analysis Tools (HFAT®).
