Melissa provides project support to both the Keil Centre’s Business Psychology and Wellbeing Team and the Human Factors Team.

In addition, Melissa has responsibility for the company’s marketing and social media activities and coordinates our internal employee wellbeing programme. She also takes a leading role in helping the company to reduce its environmental impact.
