Chiara is a dual-qualified Chartered Occupational and Coaching Psychologist who has worked in the fields of wellbeing, management and leadership development across private and public sectors, in the UK and worldwide. Chiara is a Director at The Keil Centre.

Chiara’s main interest is helping individuals and teams thrive at work by acting throughout each stage of the employee journey, from helping individuals develop their skills, to assisting in successful selection and development activity and supporting individuals and teams in moments of stress or distress.

Chiara also works extensively in fields of management and leadership development, supporting individuals to develop their strengths, effectiveness and satisfaction as managers and leaders. Her work as a coach benefits from her psychological insight and her experience of complex working environments. She is also an experienced facilitator of masterclasses, workshops and online learning on the application of management to real-life organisations and teams.

Helping individuals to thrive also means a focus on resilience, both on a team or collective level, as well as on a personal/ individual one. Chiara also has experience of working with individuals, teams and organisations to promote psychological wellbeing at work, from understanding causes of work-related stress in teams to delivering seminars and workshops on resilience and wellbeing at work.

Chiara holds an MA (Hons) in Psychology, an MSc in Occupational Psychology, a Doctorate in Business Administration and is a registered Occupational Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and Member of the International Society for Coaching Psychology (ISCP).
