Our free Workplace Wellbeing Webinar Series is designed to help managers, leaders, HR professionals and anyone interested in workplace wellbeing gain practical skills and confidence. Delivered by experienced psychologists from The Keil Centre, each webinar provides evidence-based guidance that can be applied immediately in real workplace situations.

Neurodivergence in the Workplace

Neurodiversity influences how people think, learn, communicate, process information and experience their working environment.

In this webinar, Sean Riley, Chartered Occupational Psychologist, will explore both the strengths and challenges associated with neurodivergence in the workplace. Moving beyond awareness, Sean will focus on practical strategies that help individuals and organisations create more inclusive, flexible and psychologically safe workplaces.

Participants will learn how to better support neurodivergent colleagues, reduce unnecessary workplace stressors, and help people work in ways that align with their strengths and preferences.

Managing Stress and Psychosocial Hazards at Work

Work can positively influence wellbeing, performance and purpose. However, when workplace risks are not effectively managed, work can also become a source of stress, pressure and ill health.

In this session, Dr Chiara Amati will explore how organisations can identify, assess and manage psychosocial hazards in a practical and sustainable way.

The webinar will cover common workplace wellbeing risks including workload, role clarity, workplace relationships, organisational culture and change. Participants will gain practical insights into creating healthier, safer and more supportive working environments.
