The Keil Centre has developed a diagnostic tool for leaders in organisations to review their organisation’s effectiveness at managing key factors underlying employee wellbeing, engagement and resilience. The WELL tool (Wellbeing & Engagement Leadership Ladder) allow leaders to take a more organisational view of how they are supporting individual and team resilience. The WELL factors were derived from examination of the research that led to the development of the Health and Safety Executive’s Stress Management Standards as well as the literature on employee engagement.
WELL utilises a structured workshop methodology that produces an assessment of current strengths along with suggested actions for improvement.
