Reflective Practice for Professionals

Reflective Practice is the process of learning through and from experience, through self awareness and critically evaluating responses to practice situations.

Some description

Who is it for?

Reflective Practice is a beneficial process in professional development and can be used by anybody who works with members of the public,  e.g. legal professionals, healthcare professionals (doctors, dentists, Occupational Health workers), Human Resources staff, police, firefighters and teachers.

What will I learn?

Sessions will teach you to not only think about what you do and why (or the impact on others), but also to generate ideas for how you might make changes to the way you practice.
