Online Seminars and Support for Resilience

Resilience relates to our ability to adapt to changing circumstances. Recently, we have all had to adapt to considerable changes in our everyday and working lives.

The Keil Centre’s Occupational Psychologists can help you and your team to adapt to the new working realities. We offer online seminars and workshops for groups and teams, as well as 1-to-1 sessions for individual and managers to help boost coping and develop resilience.

Our online, interactive seminars include content to:

  • help you personally understand how to build resilience in the face of the multiple COVID-19 changes;
  • help managers and leaders understand how to respond to the emotional needs of their teams;
  • support teams to think about how they can work together in ways that encourage resilience and wellbeing.

Please contact Chiara Amati (chiara@keilcentre.co.uk) to arrange a seminar or to discuss our resilience offerings.

We have also collated useful resources, both from our psychologists and from trusted external sources
